How to know yourself
How do we know and practice ourselves. You can neither exaggerate yourself excessively, be narcissistic, and don’t know the so-called so-called. Don’t belittle yourself too much, and feel inferior that you have done nothing. Based on my own experience, let me tell you a few points.

- Compare with people of the same age around you, such as colleagues and classmates, take others as your own mirror and take care of others. Why do you do the same thing? You have different results from others. What is the reason? Is your attitude and enthusiasm enough? Do your best? This will quickly find your position.
- Reflect on others’ evaluations of you. In many cases, other people’s evaluations of you are more objective than their own opinions, because the authorities are obsessed, the bystanders are clear, and they always keep a clear head. If others think that you did a great job, and you think it is better, it means that your judgment of yourself is basically accurate. If it is completely opposite, you should reflect on whether you should make adjustments. Most of the time, it is not yours. Not good, but you have not done enough. There is a saying that is too good to say is too bad, and there is a saying that is better, it is called a thousand miles away from the slightest mistake. The “degree” is difficult to grasp, and it is the same as cooking. Adjust yourself more.
- See yourself in two. Everything has its two sides. When we studied Marxist philosophy in high school political textbooks, we understood that we must look at problems dialectically. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. A bad thing may turn into a good thing. Don’t just indulge in it. Trivial matter, we must find out where the problem lies, and try to avoid it. Some people say that this is my character, how can I avoid it? it is good! Then try to give full play to your strengths and strengths, because everything in the world is a process of ebb and flow, and when you maximize your strengths, your weaknesses will be trivial. Especially in middle age or adulthood, don’t change your “weapon” in real life, try to sharpen your “weapon”! Ten years of sharpening a sword, what you want is a sword to seal the throat!
- The last point is to achieve that “three times in my day and my body” self-reflection is a mature standard for a person. After daily work exchanges, contact with others, etc., have you affirmed yourself and accepted yourself? If you accept yourself, you will There is a very pleasant feeling. If you think that something is not doing well during reflection, you should find out the reason as soon as possible, and make up for it the next day. When you find your own deficiencies, you must be sincere and confess. If you can’t face it, you will live in contradictions and entanglements every day. To put it bluntly, you can be hypocritical with others, but if you are hypocritical with yourself, you will only fall into the whirlpool and be lost forever.
- Understanding yourself, accepting yourself, and falling in love with yourself are the beginning and the end of everything, but I don’t think there should be an end, there is no end to this matter. Living is always the beginning. .
